- MAIN DUTIES:

1. Telephonist/ Operator:
• Receiving incoming calls and transferring to appropriate departments or guest/ person in charge
• Answering satisfactorily to requirements or questions involving in Hotel Property; providing necessary information for guests’ reference on the Hotel Services
• Maintaining communication equipments in good status by reporting problems

2. Reservationists:
• Handling the reservations booked by guests, travel agencies, commercial companies…
• Receiving and giving feedbacks to bookers by email, online system, fax, telephone, walk-in…
• Establishing reservations by obtaining and entering guest information in reservation system
• Confirming reservations by reviewing information

3. Receptionist:
• Welcoming guests
• Sending off guests
• Handling the procedures of check in and check out for guests
• Registering guest’s accommodation at local police station

4. Cashier:
• Making sure of all services guests used to be charged in full amount
• Handling the payment term and method
• Reporting Summary and Expense to the Accounts and Management Board
• Following up the Debt of Pre or Post-Payment; updating the commission of partners

5. Customer service:
• Taking care of guest’s staying well to make sure the satisfactoriness at hotel service
• Receiving guests’ complaints, comments and feedbacks
• Resolving the problem or matter occurred at level of responsibility or duty appointed; following-up action and feedback to tenant.
• Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
• Recommending improved procedures
• Evaluating and screening guests’ requirements by answering inquiries

• Providing information regarding to Hotel Products and Services by telephone, fax; email,...

• Making good relationship with management board and colleagues
• Attending Hotel meetings
• Responding to any changes in the Hotel
• Completing any other assignment as designated by the Hotel management board

- WORKING SKILLS and Charater required:

• English fluently using in both speaking and writing
• Computer skill
• Reception skill Certificate or one year experienced in Receptionist position of hotel/ apartment (if any);
• Tourism College graduated (University graduated is a prior)
• Good communication skill
• Good performance and apperence
